HeeNalu surf shop
HeeNalu is possibly the most in-land surf shop in the country! Situated in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, the shop sells a wide range of top brand surf wear and related fashion clothing.
Problem:
The shop had spent heavily on a website and domain name package. But bad advice meant no sales, despite a big spend on web marketing. The site needed to fit the target market in terms of design and ease of use, and would have to appear on the search engines to expand the mail order side of the business. The company needed to do something about the situation and didn't know who to trust.
Solution:
The directors of HeeNalu had heard Urban Media director Elton Boocock speaking at a local seminar. At an initial meeting, he advised HeeNalu on their current problems and how to resolve them, initially simply aiming to help HeeNalu stop paying out money on ineffective solutions. This demonstrated our intentions and provided a platform of trust. We then created a strategy that included email marketing, viral marketing and Search Engine Optimisation. A new site managed stock control and ecommerce orders, receiving regular positive feedback and standing out against other sites that had full ecommerce features but lack the creativity of the new HeeNalu site.
